FS6122 series medical CPAP sensor module is a flow sensor designed for CPAP system (continuous positive pressure ventilation system) of domestic ventilator. The sensor integrates a MEMS mass flow chip and a MEMS pressure chip to provide the necessary output signal for the CPAP system. The package of the sensor is very small. The ISO22mm interface design with different air inlet and air outlet is used. While providing high-precision and fast response mass flow and pressure signals, its own pressure loss and dead space are also very small.
